A candidate who has qualified for the Master’s Degree in Education or M.Phil Degree in Education of the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University or any other University recognised by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University as equivalent thereto is eligible to register for Ph.D. course. The rules and regulations for registering for Ph.D. are given in the regulations of the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.
