The Secretary of Sriman. N. K. Thirumalachariar National Education Society and the Secretary of the College is the pivot around which the institutional endeavours twirl, culminating in laurels and umpteen accomplishments. Honourable Secretary, Dr. M. Arumugam, is instrumental for all the endeavours of the institution. He believes in cognitive flexibility of the students and reinforces coordination between education and industrialisation. He sketches international strategies for the infrastructural and instructional development of the College and is keen in promoting Research Culture in the institution for educational inventions and discoveries leading to newest trends and concepts of teaching-learning processes. A philanthropist at core, he cares for the human resources in the institution with a humanitarian bend of mind and heart.

The Principal is the Academic Head and is responsible for the overall academic affairs of the Institution. The Principal stands as a liaison between the Management and the Institution. She works in collaboration with the faculty and the administrative staff to create a conducive climate for the institution to progress. She builds on the framework decided upon and works toward the fulfilment of the tasks and academic assignments. She guides the faculty and co-ordinates the team to perfection. She is at the helm of affairs in the institution. The Principal works hand in hand with the Management to keep in line with the Vision and Mission of the College. She monitors the mentoring system and co-ordinates the academic, co-curricular and outreach activities of the College.
